1.3 Amendments to These Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the 11bt Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 11bt enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all registered users. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money game on the Platform.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the 11bt platform.
- You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 11bt or any of its affiliated game providers.

2.1 Age Verification
11bt reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any user at any time. Any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld pending review. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all funds returned, minus any amounts wagered in breach of these Terms .
2.2 Single Account Per Person
Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the 11bt platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 11bt reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets or bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated funds pending an investigation.
3. Account Registration
To access the real-money features of the 11bt platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide at minimum the following information when registering your 11bt account:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
- Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
- A valid and active mobile number registered in your name
- Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT — is the supported currency)

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
11bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm user identity, prevent fraud, and comply with responsible gaming obligations. - Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 11bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 11bt does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. The amounts you deposit, wager, and withdraw are all denominated in BDT.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
11bt currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit amount at 11bt is ৳100 for mobile wallet payments. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Users who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
- You must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before those funds are withdrawable.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account where possible (anti-money-laundering requirement).
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day.
11bt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional documentation is required. 11bt is not liable for delays caused by the user's payment provider.
4.4 Prohibited Transactions
The following transaction types are strictly prohibited on the 11bt platform:
- Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name
- Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in the 11bt Service
- Any attempt to exploit deposit bonuses through minimal-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated with a payment provider while funds remain in the 11bt account
Any account found to have conducted prohibited transactions may be suspended immediately. Associated funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where fraud or abuse is confirmed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
11bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
- 11bt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to users who have partially met the conditions of an active promotion.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, or use of automated strategies to meet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.2 Claiming Bonuses
To claim a bonus, users must follow the specific redemption instructions attached to each promotion. Where a promotional code is required, it must be entered correctly at the point of deposit or registration as applicable. 11bt is not obligated to retrospectively apply a bonus if the correct procedure was not followed at the time of the qualifying action.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played through the 11bt platform are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each game type or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence in relation to the conduct of that game or market.
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the 11bt platform are subject to the sports betting rules published within the betting lobby. Key conditions include:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds at the point of confirmed acceptance are final.
- 11bt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including markets affected by data feed errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or late market closures.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. 11bt is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the user's device or network.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per user. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.
- The settlement of all sports betting markets is based on official results published by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). 11bt's settlement decisions are final subject to the resolution of any formal dispute raised within seven days of settlement.
6.2 Casino and Instant-Win Games
All casino games and instant-win titles available on the 11bt platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7. User Obligations
By using the 11bt platform, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of associated funds.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent communications with 11bt support.
- Personal Use Only: Your 11bt account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, credentials, or payment methods in connection with the Service.
- No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, match-fixing, or the use of software bots, artificial intelligence, or automated systems to interact with the platform.
- No Prohibited Strategies: You must not employ any betting strategy, arbitrage method, or systematic approach specifically designed to exploit pricing errors, bonus offers, or market inefficiencies in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Service.
- Responsible Conduct: You must conduct yourself respectfully when interacting with 11bt customer support. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications will not be tolerated and may result in account closure.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. 11bt bears no liability for any consequences arising from a user's breach of local laws in connection with the Service.

8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your 11bt account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 11bt will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by 11bt
11bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Registration or use of the Service by a person under the age of 18
- Operation of multiple accounts in breach of Section 2.2
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Abusive conduct directed at 11bt staff or other users
- Any technical or regulatory reason that necessitates cessation of service to a specific user or user group
Where an account is closed by 11bt due to a breach of these Terms, any funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user fault (e.g., regulatory changes affecting service availability), 11bt will return any legitimate real-money balance to the user via the registered payment method.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Users who wish to restrict their own access to the Service for responsible gaming purposes may activate a self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting 11bt customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 24 hours to indefinite exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be frozen, marketing communications will be suspended, and the user will not be able to log in or place bets. 8.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 11bt reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section of the platform. Users will be notified by the contact information on file before any inactivity fee is applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce any real-money balance below zero.
